GpMetafileFunctions enumeration

Gives the function numbers of the records of a Windows metafile (WMF), the META_ constants of the Windows header files.

Each record of a Windows metafile begins with a function number. Most records store one GDI call, and the name of the member says which: META_ELLIPSE stores an Ellipse call. The upper byte of a number is the size of the parameters in words, so the numbers are not consecutive. The members after META_SETLAYOUT and META_DELETEOBJECT are in a separate group in the source; the ones from META_DRAWTEXT on are missing from the current Windows SDK, and META_UNKNOWN is a number the package keeps for a record it does not know. GpEmfPlusRecordType combines these numbers with &H10000 in its WmfRecordType members.
