Initial-position values for the StartUpPosition property of a form, determining where the form first appears.

Constant	Value	Description
vbStartUpManual	0	The position is set explicitly through the Top and Left properties.
vbStartUpOwner	1	The form is centred over its owner.
vbStartUpScreen	2	The form is centred on the screen.
vbStartUpWindowsDefault	3	The form is positioned at a default location chosen by Windows.
